Before you pack

Items must be new, unused, clean, free of pet hair, scratches, damage, and wear, with original tags. All items are inspected before a refund is approved.

You pay return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

1. Send your exchange request

If you have not already requested your exchange, email us within 30 days of your original order date.

Order the replacement you want at trepontiusa.com and pay its shipping. Your new order is processed separately from your exchange refund.
