Returns
We accept returns of brand-new, unused products purchased directly from trepontiusa.com within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions

30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns are not accepted after this period.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Nonrefundable Charges: Original shipping charges and Shipping Protection fees are nonrefundable.

Product Condition: Items must be in brand-new, resalable condition—completely unused, clean, unscratched, free of pet hair or signs of wear, and returned with their original tags.

Inspection and Approval: All returns are subject to inspection. Items showing signs of use, damage, or otherwise found unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Clearance items and international orders cannot be returned for a refund.
