If you wish to return your brand-new, unused product, the following terms apply:
Items can be returned to Tre Ponti USA within 30 days from the invoice date. Once 30 days have past, there is no option to do a return.
A restocking fee of 20% applies.
Shipping labels are not provided. Customer pays to ship items. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Items returned must be in NEW CONDITION, NO SIGNS OF BEING USED AT ALL, UNSCRATCHED, CLEAN, FREE OF HAIR, and with UNDAMAGED, ORIGINAL TAG.
If an item is returned and found to be unfit for resale, the request for return will be denied.
If you're not sure about returning the item and may wish to exchange, we can help with sizing or model choices. Just send us an email to info@trepontiusa.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
If you still wish to do a return, click the button below to get the Returns Form. You will need to print the form, fill it out, and mail it to us with the item you're returning.
