If your Tre Ponti harness doesn't fit or you would prefer a different size, color, or model, we'll be happy to help you with an exchange!

Exchange Requirements
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original order date. Returned items must be new, unused, clean, free of pet hair, scratches, damage, or signs of wear, with their original tags attached.
How to Exchange
1. Place a New Order
Visit trepontiusa.com and place a new order for the replacement item you want, including payment of the applicable shipping charges.
2. Return Your Original Item
Ship the original item back to Tre Ponti USA at your expense. Include your original packing slip or the completed Exchange Form. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
3. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your original item and confirm that it meets our exchange requirements, we will refund your entire original order, including the original shipping charge.
Please note:
- In the event of more than one exchange, shipping charges will not be refunded for subsequent exchanges.
- Shipping protection, if purchased, is nonrefundable.
