How to Exchange Items

If the harness doesn't fit or you want a different size, color, or a completely different item, you are welcome to exchange it.

PLEASE NOTE: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the original order date. There are no refunds as per our website terms and conditions, but we are happy to exchange your item(s) and committed to providing you with great customer service.

Items to be exchanged must be in new condition, clean, and free of hair, with the tag. Items requiring cleaning may be charged a $5 fee per item. Items can be exchanged one time only.

Tre Ponti USA provides a one-time, free shipping label to return items for exchange. Customer pays shipping for the new item(s). Additional charges apply when replacement items are priced higher than the original.
