Refunds, Exchanges, and Warranty
We value our customers, and we want you to get the right Tre Ponti harness with the right fit. If you ordered on our website and want to make a change, it’s no problem!
If you purchased on our website and desire to cancel your order, you may do so only if the order has not been processed. Processing happens fairly quickly, which means that we unfortunately cannot promise that a cancellation request can be accommodated. To submit a request to cancel your order, contact us by email to email@example.com.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE OFFER EXCHANGES.
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the order date. There are no refunds, as per our store policies.
You can exchange for a variant of the same item, which means a different size or color of the same style; or you can exchange for a different style. Items can be exchanged just one time.
Items to be exchanged must be in new condition, clean, and free of hair, with the tag. Items requiring cleaning or removal of hair will be charged a $5 fee per item. Items received in new condition generate a credit that is subsequently subtracted from the cost of the new item.
Tre Ponti USA provides you with a free shipping label that you can use to return an item for exchange. You will be charged a shipping and handling fee for the new item to be sent to you. This means you pay shipping only one way.
Additional charges apply when replacement items are priced higher than the original. If the new item is priced significantly lower than the original, you may receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. The gift card expires two years after the date of the exchange order.

Tre Ponti USA will replace, free of charge, any products found to have manufacturing defects, called "factory defects". A factory defect is defined as something that is immediately discoverable and makes the harness unusable, such as an inverted buckle or missing ring. NO OTHER STATED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE.
Because factory defects are immediately discoverable, the warranty expires 10 days after the order is delivered. THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY STATED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY: BUCKLES, STRAPS, RINGS, AND DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS DUE TO CHEWING, CONTACT WITH SHARP OBJECT OR ROUGH SURFACES, ABUSE, BITING, OR SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES.
When cared for and used under normal conditions, your Tre Ponti harness will have a lifespan on par with industry standards. THE LIFESPAN OF THE PRODUCTS DEPENDS ON THE AMOUNT AND TYPE OF USE, AND ESPECIALLY ON CARING FOR THE PRODUCTS. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT CARING FOR YOUR HARNESSES.
